If pdfmyurl web-service, in whole or part, or derivative work thereof, ie pdf's, are made available via the Internet or internal network/intranet then the pdfmyurl attribution must appear in said pdf's and the web-service must be referenced in methods which will be determined / approved by pdfmyurl.
An attribution statement will be added to all pdf's derived from the online url-to-pdf web-service provided. The attribution statement can be turned off by purchasing the licensed version. (A) If you distribute any portion of the web-service, you must retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices that are present in the web-service.
(B) If you distribute any portion of the web-service in source code form, you may do so only under this license by including a complete copy of this license with your distribution. If you distribute any portion of the web-service in compiled or object code form, you may only do so under a license that complies with this license.
(C) The web-service is licensed "as-is." You bear the risk of using it. pdfmyurl gives no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws which this license cannot change. To the extent permitted under your local laws, pdfmyurl excludes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
(D). License Abuse and/or Violation. If any abuse of a license is suspected or found, pdfmyurl retains the right to invalidate your paid license. You also agree to surrender your license immediately upon any notification of violation of any of the terms in this license agreement and you will not be refunded any money upon surrendering your license.
(E) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL PDFMYURL, ITS SUPPLIERS, RESELLERS OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB-SERVICE , EVEN IF PDFMYURL, ITS SUPPLIERS, RESELLERS OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PDFMYURL'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE LICENSE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN RESPECT OF THE COPY OF WEB-SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
